Notice: As of September 22, we have reached registration capacity for the facilities at Ghost Ranch.  We are creating a waiting list for all future registrants, so, if you haven’t yet registered, don’t give up on the idea of attending this year’s Conference. There will almost certainly be cancellations that will free up additional places. A full refund will be provided to anyone on the waiting list who cannot find a place.


This page contains everything you need to Register for the 2014 NMMW Fall Conference including the “nuts-and-bolts” details about the registration process, and the links to pay your registration fees online.

To mail in your registration, just download and print the Registration form, fill it out and send in your check via the U.S. Postal Service (a.k.a. Snail Mail) for the total amount to the registrar, Uwe Schroeter.  His address is included on the form.

This year for the first time we have an option to complete registrations online.  This is done in two parts:

  1. Download the registration form to your computer (usually done by right-clicking and selecting “Save as . . “), then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader (link below** if you need to install the program on your computer), fill it out (be sure to check the “Paying by Paypal Box”) and save it.  If ordering a Conference T-Shirt, don’t forget to indicate the size you want on the form.  Then send an Email to Uwe (his Email address is on the form) and attach your completed form to your Email.
  2. Using the links on this page (in the “Online Payment Section” below) add your registration fee, any optional scholarship donation you would like to include, and your T-shirt request to your “Shopping Cart.”  When done adding to your cart, choose to check out and enter your credit card payment information.  Payments may be done with any number of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or using a PayPal account (if you happen to have one).  Please note that while we use PayPal payments for registrations, a PayPal account is not required to pay online.
  3. When you are done with the payment in the “Shopping Cart”, you should be returned to this page.  You will receive a payment confirmation Email from PayPal, and confirmation from the registrar that your registration form has been received.  PayPal will be quicker because it is automatic; the registrar’s confirmation is done by an actual human being.

Online Payment Section

To pay online, first select your registration fee. If you are registering September 15th or before, the “Early Bird” fee is $275.00.  If registering after that the fee is $295.00.  Please note that the deadline for accepting registrations is October 7.  Because of Ghost Ranch policies, we cannot guarantee acceptance of any late registrations.  After selecting the proper fee, click on the Add to Cart button.  When the cart is displayed select “Continue Shopping” to return here and select the next option.

Registration Type

Next select your optional donation to the Scholarship Fund.   Scholarships are important to enable those to attend who couldn’t afford it without assistance. Your donation here can help someone less fortunate than yourself to participate.  If you chose not to donate you can skip this section.  We have several pre-selected amounts.  If you wish to donate a different amount, you may donate separately on our “donation page” on this website located at  It is also possible to add multiple donations to your shopping cart; if you do this please include a note about it with your registration so we will know that this was your intent (and not an error).

Optional Scholarship Donation

Finally, add your T-shirt selection. Please note that you must select your T-Shirt SIZE on the registration form (not here).  There is an option here for a free T-shirt for men who are first time attendees referred by another member, and for the referring member.  If you do not want a T-shirt, you may skip this section.

If you find yourself on this page when you are ready to check out you can click on the button below to go to the cart and choose to check out where you enter your payment and contact information and complete your check out.  Please remember that we need both a payment and a registration form and that these items (at this time) are done separately.  Hopefully in the future we will be able to integrate both of these in one online form.
