The initial online registration contained an error that caused the conference T-shirt order to be dropped from the amount charged to the conference.  All of those affected by this err0r (which has been corrected as of Monday afternoon, August 28) have been notified and sent the address of this web page where you can add your T-shirt order using our online payment system and pay your $15.  We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause.

This page may also be used to order additional T-shirts (they WILL be really cool).

Welcome to online registration for the 2017 Fall Conference at Ghost Ranch.

Please complete the registration form below including all the required information.  Once completed, click the “Submit Registration” button, and you will be directed to a PayPal page which will enable you to complete your online registration and payment by credit card or PayPal.

When payment is complete you will receive TWO Emails: One is from the NMMW Webmaster with all of the details of information entered on the form.  The other will be a confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been received.  These will serve as your registration confirmation.  Please note: If you do not receive these Email confirmations within 30 minutes, please contact Jim Connolly, the NMMW Webmaster at webmaster@nmmw.org (including a phone number) who will investigate and get back to you with you with 24 to 48 hours to assist in resolving any problem with your registration.

Please note there are “special request” sections on the form related to dietary needs, special accommodation requests, and roommate preferences.

Group accommodations are standard and recommended. It’s an opportunity to spend time with old or new friends. Ghost Ranch is requiring room assignments a month in advance. Given this requirement, there will be NO chance to change roommates, or switch to different rooms upon arrival at the Conference. If you have a special room request outside the standard two- to four-person room, it would be best to contact Mike Pedroncelli (the registrar) in advance of registering.  His Email and telephone can be found on the conference web page.

When you complete the form, click on the Submit Registration button and make your payment, it will be sent to the conference leaders.

Clicking the “Submit Registration” button will send your information as entered above to the conference leaders and registrar.  You will receive a confirmation email at the email address entered above. You will also receive additional, detailed information via email closer to the start of the gathering on Thursday, October 20.

To register online for the Summer Gathering please complete the form below.  When you “submit” the form, you will be directed to a payments page to complete your registration.  When the process is completed you will receive two email confirmations: one for the registration and one for the receipt of payment. This will be your registration record.

Follow this procedure ONLY if you’d like to register and pay online.  If you would prefer to register and pay with a check via postal mail, please click here to print or download a “mail-in” registration form. 

Special note: If you would like to request a scholarship do not complete an online registration.  Instead, please contact Ben Clark at the Email address on the Gathering web page.

Clicking the “Submit” button will send your registration information as entered above to a secure PayPal payments page.  The amount on the page will be the sum of the entries for registration and scholarship donation.  When payment is completed your registration will go to the Gathering leaders, and you will receive an Email confirmation to you at the Email address entered above.

Prior to the Gathering, you will receive more information via Email with details about the gathering and other things that you will need to know before the gathering starts.

Your event registration has been received.  You should receive two Emails: one confirming your registration details and a second one confirming your payment through PayPal (our payment “processor”).  If you have any questions, please direct them to the event leaders.
