This form is ONLY for those who will be registering online and paying with a Credit Card or PayPal. There is a separate printable form available for those who want to send their registration in via postal mail and pay by check. When you have completed filling in the form (please note you must complete all of the options for accommodation type, meals, etc.), you will be directed to a secure payment page that will transfer the payment amounts selected so you can complete the payment online using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) or directly through PayPal (if you have a PayPal account). When the process is completed, you should receive two Email confirmations within a few minutes: one for the registration and one for the receipt of payment. This will be your registration record.

Please be reminded of our Refund policy: If you cancel two weeks or more prior to the retreat, 90% of your payment is refundable.  Within two weeks there will be no refund unless your spot is filled from the waiting list.

When you enter the “captcha” code and click the “Submit” button (at left), you will be directed to our payment page to complete your transaction.  The payment page will automatically total up all of the options that you have chosen on your registration form and present you with the total for payment.  After payment is complete, you will receive two Email confirmations — one with your registration information and another with your payment confirmation.  These will serve as your record or registration.
