This is a special online registration page to enable those confirmed from the waitlist to register online.

To complete your registration, use the URL given to you by the Fall Conference Registrar.  Please complete ALL the information on the form below.  After you complete and save that form (fields indicated with ” * ” are required), you will need to enter your payment information to pay for your registration.  When your registration and payment are completed you will get two confirming Emails — one with your registration information and another confirming payment.  This will be your registration record.

Please note there are optional “special request” sections on the form related to dietary needs, special accommodation requests, and roommate preferences.  While these sections are optional, they may be important for you so be sure to look these over when registering.

Group accommodations are standard and recommended. It’s an opportunity to spend time with old or new friends. Ghost Ranch is requiring room assignments a month in advance. At this time NMMW will get its block of rooms to be assigned, and will confirm any special requests related to room requests after we receive the room block.  Given this requirement, there will be NO chance to change roommates, or switch to different rooms upon arrival at the Conference. If you have a special room request outside the standard two- to four-person room, please describe your need on the form and the registrar (Steve Nojek) will contact you to confirm.  His Email and telephone can be found on the conference web page.
