Welcome to online registration for the 2017 Fall Conference at Ghost Ranch.
Please complete the registration form below including all the required information. Once completed, click the “Submit Registration” button, and you will be directed to a PayPal page which will enable you to complete your online registration and payment by credit card or PayPal.
When payment is complete you will receive TWO Emails: One is from the NMMW Webmaster with all of the details of information entered on the form. The other will be a confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been received. These will serve as your registration confirmation. Please note: If you do not receive these Email confirmations within 30 minutes, please contact Jim Connolly, the NMMW Webmaster at email@example.com (including a phone number) who will investigate and get back to you with you with 24 to 48 hours to assist in resolving any problem with your registration.
Please note there are “special request” sections on the form related to dietary needs, special accommodation requests, and roommate preferences.
Group accommodations are standard and recommended. It’s an opportunity to spend time with old or new friends. Ghost Ranch is requiring room assignments a month in advance. Given this requirement, there will be NO chance to change roommates, or switch to different rooms upon arrival at the Conference. If you have a special room request outside the standard two- to four-person room, it would be best to contact Mike Pedroncelli (the registrar) in advance of registering. His Email and telephone can be found on the conference web page.
When you complete the form, click on the Submit Registration button and make your payment, it will be sent to the conference leaders.
Clicking the “Submit Registration” button will send your information as entered above to the conference leaders and registrar. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address entered above. You will also receive additional, detailed information via email closer to the start of the gathering on Thursday, October 20.
